We have our Own machine dyeing factory with 6 cabinet dyeing and small sample cabinet dyeing and for all the merchandise follow machine dyeing only. Also have contracted Cheese dyeing facility to have best colour yield and consistency in colour matching for all lots. |

| Weaving |
| Our Own weaving factory with 60 looms with well trained weavers and from weaving families people are engaged traditionally from their fore fathers to present generation and thus knowing the production processes and the present quality conscious importance of the Product / Merchandise. Also have master weavers contracted for 1500 Hand Looms and 300 Power looms, 20 Automatic weaving machines for flawless fabric weaving width from 36” width to 132” wider width |

| Stitching and Production |
| Latest sewing machines JUKI with layer cutting with necessary planned patterns thus help us to have Uniform / Correct measurements of products and Qualified / Experienced production master, understanding the end customer requirement to ensure they are satisfied with the products sizes during the usage. Stringent sewing Control / Quality and ensuring every piece is made with at most care to the requirement and follow consistency. |

| Quality Checking |
| All the goods are checked 100% Quantity for the size, Stitching, Necessary Labels, Button Attachments, Correctness of same, etc by well experienced checkers and then inspected by Trained / Qualified quality control personals, before subjected to final Quality Audit. Every lot Stitching / Production is going through step by step Checking, Quality, Final audit and thus we are able to offer 100% Defect Free Merchandise on final packing. |
